Safety Tips

• Place the burner on a heat-resistant surface at all times.
• Please do-not reuse Oud. Only use Oud once during a candle/coal burn.
• Don’t continue burning if the scent becomes overpowering — extinguish the candle and allow the burner to cool.
• Remove the acrylic plate if you prefer a slow, gentle heat, allowing the scent to release more gradually.
• Handle hot charcoal and burner parts with UDSI Tongs only.
• Keep away from children and pets.
• Never leave burning oud, bakhoor, or candles unattended.
• Always use in a well-ventilated area.
